Are we not sending mixed messages with regard to the importantce of PE, that many Institutions, like mine, only provide 16 hours of PE for generalists in a 4 year training couse!! This is crazy, yet I do not know of a move to increase this. Why have PESSCL when the foundations are so weak??
Who agrees?
Each primary should have a specialist P.E teacher - as they do for most other subjects
there was a story in The Telegraph that government is going to cut the number of PE teachers.
Go to newscounter.com and vote to call on the government to put its statement on the record.
